🛝 Adults stopped playing... and maybe that's why everything hurts. 👀

The other night I went to a local park, with mates, just to check it out, then start to climb, swing, balance, and mess around like a kid 😄. It was fun, but as a chiropractic student, I couldn't help thinking about what was happening behind the scenes.

Here's why "playing" is actually great for your body:

🧠 Real life isn't predictable. We twist, reach, catch ourselves, step sideways, and react. If all you ever do is train on fixed gym machines, your body can lose some of that adaptability.

🤸 Climbing, balancing, and swinging challenge your coordination, grip strength, shoulder mobility, and body awareness. They also encourage your nervous system to adapt to different movement demands.

💪 The goal isn't just to get stronger
it's to move better, feel more capable, and stay resilient in everyday life.

Not every workout has to be inside a gym. best movement is the kind you actually enjoy.

So next time you walk past a playground... give it a go. You might have more fun than you expect. 😄

When was the last time you climbed something just for fun? Let me know below! 👇

What. A. Game.
Some snapshots from our epic playoff final against ECU Jets....a 3-3 thriller that went all the way to penalties. Equaliser with just 0.5 seconds left on the clock, then a 4-2 win in the shootout!
A season to remember, a final to never forget. 💙🤍

Huge thanks to our sponsors and supporters for being with us every step of the way!
