[nise]

the south's twin duo, nise, is creating a bittersweet blend of dream-pop and synth-pop inspired by the thoughts that we always scream but could not mumble out.

inspired by the melancholy of 2010s synth-pop bands, the fast-paced indie sleaze of the 2000s, and paired with the bittersweet songwriting of niak and sean, they explore themes of longing and human sadness. this is evident in their debut single, halaga/dalawa, which explores the worth of one person to another within a relationship.

nise's discography deserves to be heard. from released singles like halaga/dalawa and maranasan ko to unreleased tracks they perform live, nise is the perfect artist to listen to whether you're on a 2 a.m. drive-thru run in tagaytay or simply looking for a dreamy soundtrack to your thoughts.
