#klscm2025 ‼️‼️

This journey was full of ups and downs from tired eyes and dizzy runs to calm, windy days that felt just right. Some sessions were strong, some were tough, but every step was a reminder to listen to my body and keep moving forward.

On race day, I went in nervous but determined. The goal was to hold a 5:10 pace, I listened to my breath, my mind, and was able to hold and even better pacing. Almost bonked at the final hill into Stadium Merdeka, but still crossed that finish line with everything I had left.

Every run, every session, every bit of fatigue built up to this moment. Grateful for the journey, the growth, and all the “gudd” days along the way.
