31 for 31 with friends! WHAT. A. DAY. And what a way to ring in 31 years on this earth. Thanks to @just_ryanning_around for turning 31 and suggesting the idea. Thanks to our running community that came out and supported us. And to all the folks that came after to celebrate!

Kind of incredible the community that this sport builds, isn’t it?

S U P P O R T.

Feeling fortunate for my Run Crew today. Almost 2 years of running together, cheering each other on, pushing each other, and SUPPORTING each other on and off the pavement in any way we can. This is what Paramount Run Club is all about - it’s not about the miles, it’s about the smiles - and of course the hard work, the grit, the teamwork, and the friendships. It’s about showing up for each other and ourselves no matter what. It’s about giving each other grace when we need it, picking each other up when it’s time, and challenging each other. I can’t say it enough - it’s about SO. MUCH. MORE. than running.

Looking for the coolest crew there is to run with? Come join us on Wednesdays and Saturdays - we’re always looking to add to our community and build that network. Because it’s about the people more than anything, and we’re always ready to support more crazy folks like us.

Shout out to @saintcityrunning for the comfy race attire and @cieleathletics as always for the cap support.
