Life gets busy, and it’s so easy to say “we’ll do it another time.” But the best time is NOW. 💙

Lately, I’ve been trying to make more intentional time for my family and I am realizing that meaningful time together doesn’t have to be complicated.

Sometimes all you need is an idea and a reason to make the plan.

That’s why I’m sharing the @alzcalgary StillMe Community Calendar, a place to find local activities and experiences you can enjoy with the older adults and seniors in your life.

You can explore the StillMe Community Calendar, find something you can do together, and make the time to connect. 🫶🏻
