What a way to spend pre-match at Snapdragon Stadium with @sandiegowavefc and @wisesandiego 🏟️

Honored to have moderated a conversation alongside four incredible panelists representing such different roles and careers across women’s sports.

🗣️ More conversations like these, please

Spent Saturday at Snapdragon with two of my favorite @usarugby Olympians, @rachel_strasdas and @autumndew909, then got to hear from inspiring women who built careers across the business of sports at the @wisesandiego Women in Sports panel before @sandiegowavefc kickoff and their 2-1 win. 🥳

I've been treating athletes since 2017, including USA Rugby 7s and 15s. What keeps me in this work is how much of it happens off the field. The trainers, the medical staff, the people running the business side of the sport. Mostly women, almost never on camera.

Good day to be in that room.

Swipe for the panel, sound on for the goal. Go Wave and go USA Rugby Eagles! 🇺🇸🦅x🌊🏅
