The best events are built with vendors you can genuinely trust behind the scenes. From tent installations and dance floors to thoughtfully curated decor, we have your back!

We’re so grateful for words like these and for the incredible vendor relationships that make wedding weekends run so smoothly!

My new friends at @seashellcottagesevents nailed their wedding show display using my turquoise ombre 8x8 AND left the kindest 5-star review 🌟

Karen said, “It was a hit!! We ordered this for a wedding show backdrop. We are a beach venue and just loved the ocean colors! We got so many compliments from other wedding professionals as well as the couples coming through the show! Thank you for creating such a unique option.”

THANK YOU! I loved making it for you!

“We highly recommend Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC to any couple planning their dream wedding…” - Kylie & Andrew

Can I tell you how much I LOVE getting messages like this from my couples? It seriously makes my heart so happy! 💕 One of my favorite parts of being a planner and coordinator is the relationships I get to build with my clients and their families.

As Kylie and Andrew’s event manager, I helped them:
• Create a realistic timeline that kept everyone on track
• Coordinate with their dream team of vendors
• Handle those last-minute surprises (because let’s be real, they always happen!)
• Keep the day flowing smoothly so they could focus on celebrating

The best part? They got to fully enjoy their wedding day without worrying about a single detail. That’s exactly what every couple deserves! ✨

Planning your big day and feeling a bit overwhelmed? Send us a DM to chat about how we can make your wedding day just as stress-free and magical!
