8 years of the suite life 🎉

In 2018, we had one boat in Georgetown and a side hustle. Today, we have 26 boats across DC, RVA, and Annapolis, and considerably less free time. Wouldn’t change a thing.

We’ve grown with the help of partners who took a chance on us, a crew who puts so much into every cruise, and guests who keep finding reasons to get back on the water.

Did you know that you can actually rent a retro boat in Richmond and drive it yourself down the James River?

No boating license required and no captain on board, they just give you a quick but informative walk-through before you take off and then it’s all you!!!

We booked with Sea Suite Cruises ( @seasuiterva ) for our 3-year anniversary and it turned into one of my favorite dates we’ve ever done in the city!!

Plus they also have larger boats for groups and booze cruises too - which I’ll definitely be back for! 🥂

⬇️ Save this under your RVA date ideas if you’re looking for something outside of the usual dinner and a movie rotation!!!

We had SO much fun cruising around in Shirley this weekend on the James!!! We rented this retro boat from @seasuiterva 🩵✨ It was the perfect activity to sport our @disassociation_hobby quilt-kinis 👙✨

You leave from the dock at Rocketts Landing and they will let you know where to drive the boat to avoid shallow water or huge rocks/obstructions 🪨

No boating license required and you stay in a no wake zone 😎 and Shirley has a cover so you don’t bake in the sun ☀️🙌

🌟 What a fantastic weekend! 🌟

Friday started with a fun-filled day as Printz and I enjoyed a lovely walk with @emilygordonarrington around @chesterfieldvaparksrec Rockwood Park, followed by a delicious lunch at @latinquarterrva. Later, hubby and I set sail on a @seasuiterva tiki boat cruise on the James River, celebrating @mrs.desireebryant becoming a nurse.

Saturday was off to a refreshing start with a run alongside @andreat.runfit_rn! 🏃‍♀️ Then, we raised our glasses at @finecreekbrewing to honor our friend’s retirement.

@patiopups Sunday was full of adorable moments at the @beaglesandbentleys fundraiser with @christa_in_scrubs and @onthemovewithmax at @conexrva. Printz made a new furry friend! 🐾 And to cap it off, Printz and I enjoyed a serene walk around @HollywoodCem with @espressochailatte.

Weekends like this are truly the best! 😊

We did the self drive retro boats that are available for put to 4 people, but if you want to just kick back and have fun you can also rent one of their Tiki Boats. Our annual Agents at Sea event was a great time! 🚤☀️
