Lifestyle workshop Part 1:
Weights vs Cardio
-
It’s easy to think that when viewing workouts purely for calories burnt, cardio is the front runner🏃‍♂️. In a lot of instances that is not the case.
-
If you’re a beginner or wanting to get back into 💪🏻strength training, ✉️ us today to get started.

Meet Molly 👋🏼

Our very own gymnast 🤸

She has a great history with exercise, being a gymnast, done CrossFit and other methods of training but wanted to find something personal and sustainable.

Since Molly has been here, she has made some incredible gains which is so good to see, for her and us!

If you’re in the local area and would like to experience us for the new year, we are taking members on for January.

Just DM us the “JAN” and we’ll get info over for you! 💪🏽

Make use of your time ⏰

A lot of us write the day off before & after 9-5, maybe subconsciously…

If you don’t have a spare hour in the day then that’s fine, but your workout doesn’t have to be an hour.

Break the cycle, do something different with your day and see how you feel 🔁

We host sessions from 6am to 20:30pm so if you need something to hold you accountable around your busy work schedule then get in contact!

VOLUME & COMPOUNDS💪🏼

Volume work is and can be used within our compound and our accessory work to encourage growth and strength progression 📈

However, it’s not for everyone, at least not at the beginning …

Giving someone who can’t maintain the skill for more then 3 reps is counterproductive. So you could give them more sets of 3 so there is still “total volume” but not lots of reps in a singular set 💪🏼

There are ways around it, and the aim of the game is to get the most out of our sessions so let’s make sure every rep counts 👊🏼

Tight on time to find a coach? ⏰

Not here you’re not…

12 hours of available sessions per day 🗓️
Flexible booking system 📝
3x small group coaching sessions for the price of 1 PT 💰

We get it, as coaches with previous booked up 1-1 diaries it’s so tough to fit clients in and get them the best results possible.

Which is why our small group personal training model offers the best of both worlds, keeping a personal touch and offering the community aspect 👊🏼

To find out more, click the link in our bio or DM us the word “TRIAL”

See you on the other side!
