PNW friends 👯‍♀️ Looking for a Filipino restaurant south of Seattle?

Happy Filipino American History Month! To celebrate, I’m sharing Filipino spots to check out in Seattle and the Greater Seattle area! EP 3: @westhilldeli in Auburn 😋

📍3615 W Valley Hwy N 103, Auburn, WA 98001

West Hill Deli is a hidden gem tucked away in Auburn. I loved their Ube pancakes and the longanisa breakfast plate. I was surprised by how busy this Filipino restaurant gets on weekdays!

#ad Seattle friends - Have you ever had Signature Beecher’s Flagship Grilled Cheese sandwich?

This iconic grilled cheese sandwich is made with a custom loaf from Grand Central Bakery. I got an inside look about how this special loaf was made inside Grand Central Bakery. It was truly special to see how two local PNW companies came together to create such a delicious sandwich. From flour to final bite, the Signature Beecher’s Flagship Grilled cheese is a culinary gem!

Happy Filipino-American History Month! This might be the first time I’ve ever spoken in Tagalog on my account. 😅🇵🇭

I found out when I was a teenager that I spoke Tagalog with an American accent. While I understand Tagalog, it definitely takes me some time to respond back in Tag-lish. Does anyone else have an American accent when they speak in Tagalog?

Welcome back to Seattle in 60 Seconds! Today, we’re experiencing a fall day in Seattle. 🍁

Here are a few things to do in Seattle in a day:
📍 Grab breakfast and coffee at Pacha Collective @_pachacollective

📍 Walk over to Greenlake Park to see the fall leaves. The best part of Greenlake is that fall colors surround the lake all autumn.

📍 Head over to the U-District. Stop by Magus Books.
@magus.books1978

📍 Walk over to the University of Washington. If you’ve never been inside Suzallo Library, stop by the Silent Reading Room. GO HUSKIES! @uofwa

📍 Afterward, head down to University Village for a late lunch and shopping. I recommend grabbing lunch at DeLille En Ville. @delillecellars @shopuvillage

Then swing by shops like Sezane, Anthropologie, Bloomie’s, and Artizia.

📍Neighborhood Cafe in Tukwila

Whenever friends stay near the airport or visit from out of town, I recommend Neighborhood Cafe! It’s in Tukwila, and they always have such a great Filipino brunch.

📍Ludi’s Restaurant in Downtown Seattle
One iconic Filipino diner in Seattle is Ludi’s. This Filipino spot always has a line out the door. They have generous portions, and it’s always busy! You’ll probably also see Tito Greg working; I love that he stops for selfies.
