Rising junior from South Brunswick High School Damien Downes & rising senior from Edison High School Sebastian Abreu got in some GREAT work yesterday afternoon‼️ We did:

•Broad jumps and controlled medicine ball slams to warm up the body and engage the hips.

•Stationary & game like dribble moves/combinations.

•Catch and shoot (not shown) shooting off of a pin down or an off ball screen, shooting off the dribble, & shooting off of dribble moves.

•Ball handling into passing.

•Ball handling/game like moves into different finishes.

•Jump sweeps into different finishes.

•Game like ball handling into 1-on-1 simulations.

These dudes put in some great work! They want to go into their seasons with a different bag🎒. Do you? 👀

(Terik Bridgeman on the other side getting in some work as well.)

Rising senior from Edison High School Sebastian Abreu & rising junior from Immaculata High School Courtney Benjamin put in some phenomenal work! Today we worked on ball handling, shooting, passing, finishing, and scoring off of break moves with footwork. These young men really worked at it and they are getting better each and every workout‼️ Posted here are some of the drills that we did. Great work fellas!
