In case you missed it…there might be a snowstorm this weekend. We’re looking back at snow days past on the National Mall!

Take a look at last year’s photo gallery of the glistening snow on America’s Front Yard at the link in our bio.

Photographers: planning to capture this weekend’s coming storm on the National Mall? Send your pics our way and we might feature you. Email comms@nationalmall.org for a feature!

Splash pads and joy. We’re riding the weekend’s beautiful weather straight into the week and relishing it as long as we can. Thanks for sharing this joyful capture, @seb.aston! #igdc

I danced, I sang, I laughed(and cried), I made friends, I taught(and learned a lot), I made coffee, and I fell in love-2.5 years full of incredible experiences, memories, and some of the best people to ever come into my life. I am forever grateful to this city♥️ onto the next! #chicago

Washington, D.C. isn’t just our nation’s capital, but a city that thousands call home. It’s a city with sidewalks walked on and streets used. Everyday life happens here and @seb.aston captures this city’s daily life perfectly. We love this shot of someone crossing the street as the sun sets. Thanks for tagging #igdc!
