+9 MPH in 9 months.

Results don’t always show up right away.

@seb.schaffer started training with us in April 2025, sitting 83 mph.

He kept showing up.
His movement improved.
His consistency improved.
And he started building something that would last.

He just threw his final bullpen before the season.
Sitting 91.
Touching 93.

That’s a 9+ mph jump in under 9 months.

The focus was simple.
Clean up movement.
Build better patterns.
Stack days.

There were stretches in the fall where the jump wasn’t obvious.
No big spike.
No shortcuts.

But he trusted the process.
He stayed consistent.
He kept moving better.

Fast forward to January 2026.
Sebastian is now 93 mph.

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick wins.

Peak when it matters.
Play the long game.

High school guys getting their work in. 💪

Now is the time to make the changes that will set you up for success this spring.

The off-season is where the biggest jumps are made — strength, speed, movement quality, and skill all get built here.

Don’t waste it. Put in the work now so when the lights come on, you’re ready to perform.
