Celebrating 4 years at @knotsprings 🥳
I love it here 🧡🧡🧡

I was recruited back in January 2022 by @carrot_bowl_bonnie and have had the privilege of working with some of the most incredible body workers and fitness professionals in the PNW. We are babies in that first photo 🥹😍

For the first two years, I taught yoga and dance classes full time while taking on private clients. During this time, I was in massage therapy school at OSM in addition to teaching around town.

Once I got my massage license back in August 2023, I transitioned to the wellness team to offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massages. I’m currently working 3-days a week at Knot Springs and every other day I’m either at my private practice, teaching around town, volunteering or sleeping hah.

I love working at Knot Springs and am grateful that I have access to a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, soaking pools and an incredible community on the daily.

I feel lucky that I’ve been able to share the experience with some of my closest friends, too!

Foundation Health & Fitness has been an incredible part of my health journey since I joined back in April. What I thought would be a short-term commitment has turned into a consistent and ongoing experience, thanks to their amazing team and the way the classes fit seamlessly into my schedule. Maintaining health is so important, and their approach makes it easy to stay on track.

They offer a holistic approach to wellness, combining strength training, cardio, Pilates, and controlled breathing exercises, all within one convenient location. What really sets them apart is their range of additional services, including acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and recovery options like cold plunges and saunas. They also partner with 541 Social Club to provide contrast therapy, an invigorating recovery method that alternates between hot and cold treatments to promote circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and boost overall recovery.

Today, I participated in the Power and Strength class with Sebi. It was both fun and challenging, focusing on building muscle mass and enhancing movement patterns through deliberate, controlled exercises. The class is designed to improve strength and stability while keeping workouts engaging and adaptable to all fitness levels. Sebi’s guidance made it a great experience, leaving me feeling stronger and more energized.

Foundation Health & Fitness, with its collaboration with 541 Social Club for advanced recovery options like contrast therapy, truly embodies the idea of comprehensive health and wellness, making it an essential part of my routine.
