Throwing it back to a massive couple of days for the team at Wembley last month! 🏟️✨ Noush and Kunal kicked things off by representing the FANYC at the BBC Bitesize x Open University ‘Find your Passion’ event. They spent the day chatting with around 200 local students, sharing the power of youth volunteering, and highlighting the amazing career pathways available in the game. They even managed to film some exciting new content for the England Football channels while they were there! 👀📱 The momentum kept going the very next day, with Seb and Joel taking to the stage for the BUCS Emerging Club Leaders Development Day South. Together, they delivered a brilliant session to the new 26/27 cohort focused on “Further Opportunities in Youth Leadership”. It was fantastic to be involved in the wider ECL programme, with Seb doing an excellent job of sharing his own personal journey to truly bring those youth leadership opportunities to life. A huge well done to the team for flying the FANYC flag so brilliantly under the arch! 👏 #fanyc #grassrootsfootball #youthleadership #footballcommunity #youthcouncil

Not done many games this season, partly due to recovering from my ankle problem, but partly as I've had so many referees to develop and give opportunities to this season at Millwall Academy. Monday was my second (!) game of 2024 (and only third of the season!) the Millwall end of season staff game. Great to work with Seb and Herve two very capable young officials on their way up, and great to be involved in the end of season game (I'd like to think I'm a better Assistant Ref than player...!)
