Here’s a closer look at another major mural we introduced last year at @stpaulsquare 👁️👁️🎨

This artistic collaboration was created by local artist @seca_llc thanks to @centrosanantonio and #arteverywhereproject

Named as “Song of the Spirit Waters”, the mural pays tribute to native tribes, African Americans, and Mexicans having played a vital role in the area’s rich culture, entertainment, & musical history

Find it on the exterior wall of @eltigrecoffee - just look for the elevator!

Stay tuned for even more public murals coming soon to @stpaulsquare

Schrödinger Equation
quantum mechanics
What It Means
I often refer to Schrödinger‘s box when it comes to psychology. That and Quantum Psychics are intertwined.

What The Equation Means

• Ψ (Psi): The wave function — it represents the quantum state of a particle (like its position, energy, or momentum, but in probability form).

• i: The imaginary unit (√-1). It’s what lets the math describe waves and interference patterns.

• ħ (h-bar): A constant that scales everything to quantum size. It’s related to Planck’s constant.
• m: The particle’s mass.
• V: The potential energy at a given point.
• ∂Ψ/∂t and ∂²Ψ/∂x²:

These describe how the wave function changes in time and space, in other words, how the particle behaves or evolves.

It’s basically the equation of change for a quantum system. It describes how a particle’s probability of being somewhere evolves through time.

Summary:
The Schrödinger equation shows how every particle exists in a wave of infinite possibilities until it’s observed, that observation collapses potential into one reality.
Consciousness works the same way.
Our focus decides which version of reality we experience in each moment.

The “present moment” isn’t just something that happens, it’s something we create, collapsing infinite potential into now.

In this captivating visual journey, we’re reminded of the profound power of living in the present moment. Being truly present means anchoring yourself in the ‘now,’ where the constraints of time—past, present, and future—melt away, aligning in perfect harmony. When you embrace presence, your brain and heart enter a state of coherence, working in unison to bring clarity, peace, and purpose. The secret lies in cultivating awareness of your thoughts: gently observing them without judgment, letting go of the burdens of the past, and releasing fears about the future. By doing so, you free yourself from mental clutter and emotional weight, creating space for a life filled with joy, intention, and fulfillment. This video beautifully illustrates that when you live in the present, every moment becomes a gift, and your life transforms into a vibrant, meaningful experience. 🌿 #LiveInTheNow #MindfulPresence”

A sound bath, also referred to as sound healing or sound meditation, is a deeply immersive and meditative experience designed to promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being through the use of sound. These vibrations are at specific tones and frequencies and have the ability to heal and uplift the mental and physical components of our bodies.

Participants leave feeling deeply relaxed and centered. After the sessions, many participants have expressed they experience synchronistic events, notice enhanced intuition, and have deep, insightful dreams.
