ALL THE GEAR… NAE IDEA 🥊😂 Soo I just popped down to see my good pal Ross @secondsout_ because I’m thinking a wee boxing comeback could be on the cards… and by comeback, I mean getting punched about the ring by big Deebo @devon_hendryy 😂 The weight’s sitting at 69kg without any intense cardio, so I’m buzzing to get back training to see if this could be the time I get a wee fight under my belt. @seanspenceee has opened a new gym in Edinburgh called Shore Boxing Club, and it looks like he’s got a cracking team together. I cannae wait to get down there 👊🏽 Sean’s always gone over and above when coaching me to make sure I’m improving week on week, so I can’t wait to get started and get the hands moving again. Give @shore_boxing1 a wee follow on Insta to see if it might be the gym for you! But obviously I had to get the gear sorted first 😂 Ross has hooked me up with new Nike boxing boots and a fresh pair of gloves… so even if I’m knackered after the warm-up, at least I’ll look the part 🤣 Big thanks to Ross for getting me kitted out. For all your boxing gear, get yourself down to Seconds Out or give him a shout — he knows his stuff and he’ll get you sorted 🙌🏽 Love seeing local businesses doing their thing. Give them a follow and show them some support 💚 Who’s backing the comeback then, troops? 👇🏽🥊 #SecondsOut #humanpunchbag #EdinburghBoxing #SupportLocal

PROFESSIONAL STANDARD HAND WRAPS🤝 Never go into a fight with your standard velcro training straps. It is vital your hands are looked after, you feel good & you’re ready to perform to your best. The fight starts the moment you turn up to the venue so it’s key your preparation is taken care of. I’m available for hand wrapping, so please give me a shout if you need sorting out, whether that’s fight night or general training, your hands need to be taken care of! DMs are open👊🏼🥊 #boxing #boxer #handwraps #fighter #explorepage

🥊🔥 A FRIENDLY THAT TURNED NOT SO FRIENDLY… 🔥🥊 What started as Spurs vs Arsenal on the rooftop of Tottenham turned into a completely different kind of fight. 👀 ⚽ Football was supposed to be the main event… 🥊 BOXING STOLE THE SHOW. Under the Tottenham skyline, the gloves were on, the crowd was up and the atmosphere went through the roof. 💥 TOTTENHAM. BOXING. ONE UNFORGETTABLE MATCHDAY. 🥊🔥 🕊️ Dedicated to the loving memory of Graham. This one was for you. Forever remembered, never forgotten. Rest in peace, Graham. 🤍 #Boxing #Tottenham #Spurs #COYS #arsenał

🥊 WE’RE BACK… AND READY TO TAKE ON THE SEASON! 🥊 And what better way to kick things off than with a brand-new canvas in the ring! 😍🔥 A MASSIVE thank you to Unite the Union for sponsoring our new canvas, and especially to Ian McCombe @imc74 for securing the sponsorship and making it happen for us. 🤝🥊 Safe to say, we’re going to have some very happy boxers getting put to work in there… although give it a few sessions and they might not be thanking Ian quite as much! 😂🥊💦 This is exactly why sponsorship means SO much to a wee club like ours. Team LBC is incredibly lucky. We have an unbelievable group of people, businesses and organisations around us who continually go above and beyond to help keep our club alive, progressing and giving our boxers the very best opportunities we possibly can. It’s never just a logo on a canvas, wall or post. Every bit of support goes directly back into this club, our equipment, our facilities and, most importantly, our boxers. So Ian & everyone at Unite the Union — THANK YOU! We’re starting this season STRONG. 💪🏼🥊 And of course, a shoutout to Ross @secondsout_ for once again coming up trumps and supplying the goodies. 👌🏼🔥 High-class equipment for our high-class team… well, we’ll call them high class until the first bag circuit of the season anyway. 😂😂 And while we’re saying thank you, we absolutely cannot forget the rest of the incredible team who support us month after month, year after year. 🙏🏼 @fabric8scotland @countrycarpetslanark @bensonshair @plat_inumstrength Campbell Alexander Financial Management Ltd Gary Hughes These guys not only sponsor the annual Homeshow, they contribute all year round 🤝💯🥊 Your continued support helps us keep the doors open, the lights on, the gloves flying and the young team out of mischief… well, for a couple of hours anyway! 😂🥊 We genuinely could not do what we do without you. New season. New canvas. Same wee club with BIG ambitions. ❤️ Thank you for continuing to believe in Team LBC. LET’S GET TO WORK! 🥊🔥💪🏼 #TeamLBC #LanarkBoxingClub UniteTheUnion SecondsOut GrassrootsBoxing CommunitySupport

The Truth From a 2012 Olympian to a unified welterweight champion, Errol Spence Jr. gave this sport everything. The pressure, the power and the heart. 28 wins, three world titles, and a legacy of relentless dedication that inspired millions. But more than the belts, thank you for the person you are! The humility, the fight through adversity, and the grace you showed in that ring one last time. Family man first, legend forever. Thank you, Errol. Enjoy this next chapter. You earned it. 🙏🏾👑 #ErrolSpence #TheTruth #Boxing #Retirement #Legend

@usykaa didn’t just conquer boxing—he did it while his homeland fought for its survival. As Ukraine endured invasion, bombardment, and hardship most champions never have to imagine, Usyk carried its flag into rings around the world. He trained through air raid sirens and uncertainty, yet still built a professional record of 25-0, with 16 knockouts, never losing a single fight in over a decade as a pro. He climbed from an Olympic gold medalist in 2012, sharpened by a 335-15 amateur record, all the way to becoming undisputed champion in two different weight classes, cruiserweight and heavyweight, a feat almost no one in history has matched. When the history books are written, Usyk won’t just be remembered for his skill and technical brilliance; he’ll be remembered as a man who rose in spite of everything trying to pull him down.
