Morning routines set the tone for the whole day. Fresh air to wake me up, packing my daughter’s lunch to send her off right, and now I get the chance to hop on a podcast with @secondstorypod . Excited for the opportunity wish me luck.

Thanks to @hubs.life_ for a little inspiration.

Vacations are great but…

“I forgave the man who nearly killed me.”

That’s the sentence that stops people cold. The question that always follows is: “How?” or “Why?”

The truth is, carrying that pain would’ve destroyed me long after the attack. Forgiveness wasn’t for him. It was for me. It was the only way I could begin to heal and to move forward without letting that moment define the rest of my life.

Your past creates your present and future. Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. If you’re waiting to start, just know there is no perfect time. Time goes quick and learning from failures will get you to your goal quicker than waiting to do things perfect. #videography #filmmaker #progressnotperfection #juststart

Portugal’s bold experiment with legalizing drugs has shown largely positive outcomes.

It’s a thought-provoking discussion worth tuning into. 🎙️

Feeling stuck, makes change necessary. In 2017 I left my role in banking to pursue a career in videography and never looked back. One life to live, find your passion and get after it. #videography #complacency #liveitup #getunstuck #entrepreneur #businessowner

Working on yourself and being the best version of you, will carry into your business and personal life. If you are not feeling well from a health standpoint, whether that is nutritional health, physical health, or mental health, it will not only weigh on you, but also those around you in your life, and those that you are trying to service on the business side. Consistency and focus is key to success both personally and professionally. #videography #businessowner #podcasters #health #wealth #personalgrowth
