Enjoy this mini-recap... and as always GO RAMS!

This sauce gives off the aroma of chipotle peppers and mayonnaise. The sauce is medium bodied, creamy, and has some seeds throughout. The flavor is mayonnaise throughout with chipotle and lemon peaking in the middle. The heat is a nice stabbing tongue heat that lasts for a few minutes.

Taste: 8 - Excellent
I really enjoyed this sauce! The flavor of the mayonnaise went well with the smoky chipotle flavors. The lemon gave it a nice little kick in the middle. The texture was nice and creamy with the seeds giving you a little bit to chew on. Your enjoyment will depend on how much you enjoy mayonnaise, and I would have liked a hint more chipotle. Overall a really flavorful sauce that would go great with burger, fries, or fried fish!

Heat: Strong 3 - Mild Medium
This sauce had a pretty good stabbing heat. The heat sat on the tongue for a few minutes. The heat on this one was right where you’d want it for a dip. It really balanced heat and flavor really well and made for a great sauce with good heat!
