Introducing: The Evolution Club presented by TeamWYN A new training collective for committed runners. Dirt Days [001] is the first series held at Victoria Park Dirt Track throughout the summer. Intense interval sessions with the primary focus on turning up and progressing. Free t-shirts and apparel, alongside @sapgoodenergy gels and @drinkoosh electrolytes. There will be split pace groups so you’re running with others at a similar level. Consistency, effort and progression together - that’s what we rate here.
