Nothing is created without intention. Not the formulas, not the quality, and not even the names. 🤌

We believe what we build should carry purpose from the inside out. That means using quality ingredients you can trust, while also creating products that point to something deeper.

Genesis represents the start; where transformation begins.

Salt & Lyte is more than hydration, it’s a reminder that we are called to be the salt of the earth and a light in the world.

The Whey is a playful nod to protein done right, while staying true to the path we believe in.

TEMPL Foundations speaks to what matters most: building from a strong foundation in faith, discipline, and daily habits.

To some, they may just be names. To us, they are reminders that even the smallest details can carry meaning. 💪

We are called to reflect Jesus and steward the gifts He has given us with intention and purpose. One of the greatest gifts we’ve been given is our body, the ability to move, to feel, to train, and to live. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, and living each day with that truth at the forefront is the biggest reason why we do what we do.

Most supplement brands are built around how you look or how much you lift. We started TEMPL because we believe there is a higher reason to train: stewardship. Training is not just about aesthetics or numbers, it is about honoring God through discipline, gratitude, and the way we care for what He has entrusted to us.

Your body is a gift, and taking care of it is one of the ways we glorify the One who created it. That belief is behind everything we make and everything we do.

Stay tuned for more on how TEMPL got started, the heart behind it, the process, behind the scenes, and everything still to come. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you, and we hope you know you are a part of this mission just as much as we are. #BuildTEMPL

From my grandma heart to yours.♥️⁣
⁣
How is this little guy already almost 7 months old?⁣
⁣
I blinked.⁣
⁣
“Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it, you can never get it back.” -Harvey Mackay⁣
⁣
⏳Time is wild like that, doesn’t slow down for anyone, no matter how much we ask it to.⁣
⁣
So here’s what I’m encouraging you to do:⁣
⁣
👟Take the walk. ⁣
⁣
Even if it’s just around the block.⁣
⁣
🩺Get the check-up.⁣
⁣
The one you’ve been putting off because ⁣
you’ll do it next month.⁣
⁣
Nourish yourself.⁣
⁣
🍎Choose food that you know gives you energy, not food that just gets you through the day.⁣
⁣
🤭Laugh with the people you love.⁣
⁣
Sit on the floor. Get back up. (If you can’t get back up without serious effort, that’s your sign, this matters.)⁣
⁣
📸 Take the photos
⁣
Please, get in the photos. ⁣
⁣
I know so many women who hide from the camera because they don’t like how they look, but your kids and grandkids won’t see your “flaws,” they’ll just see you, the person they love.⁣

How about with @tamicardaphotography who captured these sweet moments?

📸♥️Your heart will love @tamicardaphotography work.

You can grab your Valentine’s Day mini session with her here: https://tamicardaphotography.shootproof.com/booking/valentines-day-minis
⁣
Do these things not because you need to “fix” yourself.⁣
⁣
But because you want to be here, really here for all the moments that turn into a life.⁣
⁣
So don’t waste it feeling tired, stuck, or like your body’s working against you.⁣
⁣
From one tired, grateful mom and grandma to another:⁣
⁣
You’re worth it.♥️⁣

💙 So much fun at Emily’s baby shower in Lincoln this weekend!⁣
⁣
Her friends and coworkers have truly surrounded her with love as she gets ready for this next chapter. 👶✨⁣
⁣
🎉 Seeing everyone come together reminded me how powerful community is, and how much joy there is in celebrating milestones without stressing over food. ⁣
⁣
🍰 For years, I’d have skipped the cake pop or felt guilty about enjoying treats. ⁣
⁣
Now? ⁣
⁣
I’ve learned how to build my meals around protein and veggies, but still include all the foods I love, in the right amounts for me.
⁣
🙌 That’s the real food freedom: ⁣
No more restriction. ⁣
No more guilt. ⁣
No more “starting over” on Monday. ⁣
Just balance, satisfaction, and knowing exactly what works for my body.⁣
⁣
🌱 This is what I teach in my one-on-one custom weight loss program. ⁣
⁣
It’s not just about eating in moderation. ⁣
⁣
I show you the amounts of protein, carbs and fat that help you feel your best, lose 20-50+ pounds, and actually enjoy life’s moments.⁣
⁣
Drop a 💙 in the comments if being able to eat all foods in moderation, no stress, no guilt sounds good to you,⁣
⁣
Let’s celebrate every milestone (and every bite) together. ⁣
