For those who don’t know; because most of you met us only a few months ago - I lived in Thailand for 3 years; trained and fought Muay Thai

Definitely feeling rusty; but whether I am throwing kicks and knees - or hiking through the desert @seedpants has me covered.

The comfort factor and mobility is my favorite in these pants, not to mention attention to detail

Who knows what Muay Thai is? 🥊

Another pair of @seedpants has entered the chat 😂 this time in Navy

I genuinely love these pants. They’re made in Calgary from organic hemp and organic cotton, they feel good, they move with you, and I can basically wear them for anything. Filming, travelling, playing handpan, renewing my vows next week

And apparently every order comes with something for Moose too, because the paper bag lasted about 4 seconds 😂

If you’ve been wanting a pair, use my code ALORAGRIFFITHS

I’m not a pushy salesperson and never have been. I can only promote what I genuinely love and I genuinely love these pants. I’ve only owned them for a month, so I’m not in a position to say how long they last, but the quality of the stitching and the material seem to be high. I love these for my yoga practice and for all things movement and outdoors.
Thank you @seedpants for caring enough to engineer and make these pants.

🍂 We now interrupt your doom scrolling to bring you this…

Fall has officially arrived and tonight we get the Full Harvest Moon to welcome the season. 🌿🍂

Mel, Vader and I went for a beautiful walk at Little Trout Bay Conservation Area this morning and the changing leaves, cool air and water made it feel like autumn has officially settled in.

So here's a little piece of our walk today. ❤️

Also, I find myself living in my Seed Pants these days. 😂🌿 I still have to give you the full review video that I promised, but if you're curious about them, check out the link in my bio for more information and 15% off.
