Building wealth means nothing if you lose yourself in the process.

In this conversation, I break down the paradox between mental health and building wealth — especially for first-generation professionals, Black families, and people trying to survive while still chasing purpose.

This message is from my lived experience and portrays triumph, evolution and mental resilience.

If you’ve ever felt burnout, pressure, anxiety, or the weight of trying to “make it,” this is for you.

Salute to the guys graduating from @projectjumpstarttraining

When young men are on their journey whether you agree with their choices or not… if you’re connected to them in any way you have to show up for them. You have to support them, You have to love on them because It could’ve been a different outcome.

Make choosing life just as popular as everything else.

Oh and what they say about the #quarterzips #QZ 😂

Celebrated the 10 year anniversary for the guys over @10_12sports this weekend too. This group has been showing up for young men with the Love of God at the center of it all.

Congratulations on this milestone and looking forward to the next moves to come. We have been sending our #YoungKings👑 to this sport’s mentoring program for about 8 years now and will continue to do so.
