A little behind the scenes 🎬

We truly had the best team we could have asked for. So much talent, heart, and hard work went into bringing this film to life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who was a part of it.

A huge thank you to STLL Studios for capturing and providing such beautiful behind-the-scenes footage.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🤍

Wow. We freaking got to 100%!!! ⭐️😭❤️

Thank you so much to every single person who pledged, shared, reposted, texted a friend, talked about the film, believed in us, and supported this campaign in any way. We did this because all of you came together. Independent film survives because of community, and this campaign proved that.

A very special thank you to our incredible NOVAs: Elizabeth, Liv, Ruth, Briana, Sofia, River, Kamya, and Cadie. Thank you for volunteering your time, your energy, your creativity, and helping us spread the word. Crowdfunding is teamwork, and we truly could not have done this without you.

Thank you to the team: Elizabeth, Cadie, Mariana, Mayte, Seehum, and David. Thank you for believing in this project and helping carry it forward.

A huge thank you to our Executive Producer, John Norris Ray, for your support and belief in this film.

Thank you as well to our sponsors: Frank Fuentes, The Pastry Zone, JewBoy Burgers, Optimize Me, Amado Dehoyos, and Fact Insurance Texas. Your support helped make this project possible.

And of course, thank you to my family: Scott, my mom, dad, Juan Pablo, Diego, Tomas, and Clara. Thank you to all my friends, family members, colleagues, friends of friends, and anonymous donors who made this possible.

Alpha Nova is officially filming June 4th through June 6th!!!

We are heading deep into prep over the next few weeks, so you might not hear from me for a little bit. I know… finally hahaha. Thank you for your patience with all the emails, posts, and updates throughout this campaign.

I’ll make sure to continue keeping you updated as the project moves forward. We cannot wait to bring this film to life and share it with all of you.

With so much gratitude,

Jenny

If you have already supported thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🫶🏻

Because of you, we are now at 71% funded, and our goal is to reach 80% by this Saturday so we can be green lit and keep the funds to bring Alpha Nova to life.

Here is how you can help right now:

Share the campaign on your stories or feed
Send the link to one person who believes in independent film
Talk about the project with a friend or colleague
Keep cheering us on and helping spread the word
Independent film exists because of community.

Every share, every conversation, every bit of support moves us closer to the finish line.

Let’s get to 80% by Saturday together 🚀
