🇦🇷⚽️ Pure passion and community! 🇦🇷⚽️

Get ready to meet the incredible Argentina FC London Women’s Team! We kicked off in 2021 right here in London, and what started as a love for the beautiful game has grown into so much more.

For us, it’s not just about scoring goals; it’s about building a vibrant community of Argentine and other amazing Latin American women in this incredible city. We’ve got fantastic representation from *Uruguay, Chile, and Brazil* – a true melting pot of talent and culture! Being so far from home, this team is our lifeline, connecting us not only with each other but also deeply with our identity and culture back home. It’s a taste of Argentina, right here in London.

From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into two fantastic teams, fueled by passion and friendship. We love bringing our energy to international tournaments, and you might have even seen us making some noise (and maybe raising a cup or two!) at events in Lisbon, Salou, and Madeira. Whether we’re lifting the trophy or not, you can bet we’re representing the undeniable *Argentine passion for _fútbol_* with every cheer and every kick!

We’re committed to nurturing women’s football from the grassroots up. There’s never been a better time for women in the sport, and we’re proud to be part of this movement, even as we acknowledge there’s still so much to learn and grow back in Argentina.

Beyond the pitch, we feel incredibly privileged to have the opportunities we do here in London. That’s why we make it a priority to give back to vulnerable communities back home, often by organizing charity tournaments. This spirit of solidarity truly defines who we are.

Join us in celebrating this incredible journey! What’s your favourite part about being part of a team? Let us know in the comments!

And of course, VAMOS ARGENTINA!! 🇦🇷⚽️

A new experience for the lovely @wombledonswfc lets hear what Captain Marvellous Steph had to say..

Great experience with great people.

Our first international tournament with Wombledons FC, and we really enjoyed the tournament run by Pure Grassroots.

Very grateful to have met such lovely people who shared our love of football.

It was lovely to meet other teams at the tournament too - such a great atmosphere.

Thanks for the opportunity and to everyone involved in organising!

We’re already looking forward to the next international tournament! 🤗⚽️

The Misfits/THWFC
(AKA THE COWS)

Part of the international football tournaments since 2022 🥳

East London teams created of past and present THWFC 11aside players

We loved the Portugal tournament this year, returning for our 4th rendition, and both teams reaching the final matches Plate semi-final (THWFC) and Trophy final (The Misfits).

It’s a great opportunity to play football, meet new teams and for us to have a long weekend with our players who no longer live in London.

Fun as well as competitive football, one of the highlights is the supporting “moos” from the other teams and the party vibes everyone brings.

We are Dragons FC 🐉 always bringing fire on and off the pitch 🔥

Born from a shared love of the beautiful game, @dragonszfc is a proudly East London-based women’s football team made up of players from diverse ethnic backgrounds and all walks of life.

We’ve come together not just to play football — but to empower, uplift, and represent players of all abilities.

We’re more than a team — we’re a sisterhood. We celebrate what makes each of us unique, while moving as one toward a future where inclusivity, kindness, and talent shine equally.

Our team is a bold stand for representation in women’s football, carving out space for ethnic minorities and breaking down barriers with every goal, tackle, and cheer.

Whether we’re winning, learning, or just vibing in training — we bring the 🔥, the fun, and the fight.

In our first-ever tournament in Madeira, Dragons FC came together as one, playing with heart, building lifelong memories, and proving that unity, joy, and resilience are our greatest strengths.

We are Dragons FC — and we play with purpose.
