The martyrdom narrative around motherhood needs to die - and @lorrainemurphymentor and I are not holding back on this one 🔥 Comment **SEEN** and I’ll send you the full episode. And we’re LIVE!! 🎉 This is not just another business podcast. This is a raw look at what it actually takes to stand up, back yourself, and be SEEN chasing your dreams. I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners over the years - and 99% of the time, it’s not strategy that’s holding them back. It’s the confidence to take up space, use their voice, and actually put themselves out there. This podcast explores the good, the bad, and the unfiltered moments of my own journey - plus conversations with people I deeply admire about: ✨ the inner work they’ve done ✨ the tough decisions they’ve made ✨ and how doing the personal work has changed everything in their business, relationships, and self-belief. You’ll get a mix of tactical visibility strategy (that actually converts to revenue) and mindset + energetic shifts that help you move past your limits and finally go all in. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this project and I can’t wait for you to hear it!! 🎙️ LIVE now on Apple & Spotify. Comment SEEN below & I’ll DM you the link ✨

Comment ALYCIA and I’ll send you the full episode 🤍 @alyciachapman_ has produced 1,500+ podcasts and every single one she’s launched has charted 🤯 Her clients have made 6-figure returns from a single show. But the part of this conversation I haven’t stopped thinking about wasn’t the strategy. It was the moment she told me how the woman who’s now built her entire career on giving people a voice - once had her own taken from her. This episode is raw and real and for you if you’ve ever second guessed yourself for speaking up 🤍 Comment ALYCIA and I’ll send you the full episode.

Comment ERIKA below and I’ll send you this full episode with the incredible @thequeenofconfidence 🖤 Erika Cramer has a life story that would set most people back - She built a global movement anyway. Bestselling author twice, TEDx speaker, coaching women across 60 countries. Here’s what we get into: 🖤 How she showed up when literally nobody was watching 🖤 What to do when the people closest to you don’t believe in it yet 🖤 Why feeling sick to your stomach means you’re onto something 🖤 The mindset that separates women who make it from those who don’t 🖤 And what she did when she was hanging on by a single thread Erika - THANK YOU for being so open and so honest - and for showing every woman building something that backing yourself when no one else does is always, always worth it ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Comment JORDAN and I’ll send you the episode 🎙 I didn’t expect this conversation to go where it did. @jordancandlish01 has coached hundreds of men through their relationships and has over half a million people following him for a reason 👀🔥 He says things men won’t say to their partners and women have never heard out loud. And sitting across from him I found myself going - oh. That’s me. We talked about why so many high achieving women have built a shell so thick they’ve stopped letting anyone in. The identity lag that happens when you’re growing but the people closest to you still see the old version of you. And why if you don’t feel safe at home, it bleeds into everything - your confidence, your visibility, your business. The line I haven’t stopped thinking about: “The reason you don’t have the love and support you want right now is because you subconsciously think it’s what you deserve. Simple as that.” If that hit - this episode is for you. Comment JORDAN below 🎙

There’s so much noise around habits, discipline, and “doing what you said you’d do.” But if you’re dragging yourself out of bed at 4:45am to feel like a good person… and what your body actually needs is rest - then stay in f*cking bed. That doesn’t mean you lack discipline. It means you’re listening. The shame spiral usually isn’t about the habit. It’s about the internal rule that says “If I don’t do this, I’ve failed.” Discernment is the difference between procrastination and self-trust. 👉 Your body knows which one it is Curious what other optimisation hackers think about this? And comment CASSIE for full epi xx

For the first time in my life, I felt so low in confidence - and it really rattled me.” Comment MELISSA and I’ll DM you the full conversation. On this episode of SEEN, Melissa Ambrosini opens up about the real behind-the-scenes journey of building a global brand that’s reached millions of women since 2011. She shares what happened when she became a mother - the confidence drop no one warns you about, the identity shift that shook her sense of self, and why the version of confidence she had before wasn’t enough for this new season. We talk about the difference between ego confidence and embodied confidence, how motherhood exposes unresolved self-worth, and why so many high-achieving women feel less confident the moment they step into something new. We cover: ✨ Melissa’s confidence shift after having her first baby - and how she navigated it ✨ How spirituality supported her through a major identity reinvention ✨ Why ego confidence often masks deeper self-worth gaps ✨ What it’s really like working with your partner - and why she chose to change that dynamic ✨ Selling a 7-figure business at the height of its success (and why it felt inevitable) ✨ Navigating illness and recognising when your body is signalling it’s time for a big change If you’ve ever moved through a major identity shift - motherhood, business, relationships, health - this episode will land ❤️‍🔥 Comment MELISSA and I’ll send you the full episode.
