The small but mighty sign juggernaut known as SEENSIGNS ✌🏼✌🏼Say hey! Vancouver, Canada!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Surface and Depth - by the incredibly talented @seensigns. Most of the year @idsvancouver I draw little squares on a floorplan. On the surface that's all the show is. Little squares that exhibitors purchase. But the depth or below the surface it is so much more. It is the companies that next year will be going into their 15th year of participating and supporting IDS Vancouver, it is the small businesses and families behind those businesses what invest in our event and the larger brands that see a benefit and return in aligning with the Pacific platform for all things design who make this all possible. Our very small team hustles to make it all happen. It's not glamorous and we'll do just about anything to make the show a success including pealing vinyl off the floor at midnight and moving someone's entire booth on a dolly at 1am for them to save them from the fees of missing their move-out deadline or helping an exhibitor load up their truck when they are at the show alone and just need some muscle. We really appreciate and value all of the effort and investment into the event by all of our partners and exhibitors to make it the success that it is. IDS Vancouver is a beautiful beast of a design fair and each year it almost breaks me but holy shit am I proud of what our team and this community have created so it's all worth it. ✌️

Digging around in the vaults today .. found these little sweeties we made a few years back for Piva. The neon was later changed to gold, but I like this pink version better personally.
I think this was the first time we ever fabbed anything from real brass. For that real class and sass 🙏🏼🙏🏼👌🏼
