Me and @omariemears_wl have been around the world representing @jamaica_weightlifting since our first trip to the Dominican Republic in 2021 and I can see the team moving forward with strength.

This lift meant a lot, it is only a kilo from my best C&J ever and I can feel that more is on the way in future competitions.
