There is something incredibly humbling about executing a large-scale wedding.

People see the finished photos, but they don’t always see the hundreds of hours of planning, the countless stems processed, the mechanics hidden beneath every arrangement, the early mornings, late nights, problem-solving, and the trust it takes to bring a vision to life.

Floristry isn’t just arranging flowers. It’s engineering, artistry, logistics, leadership, and passion all working together at once. Every installation, every bouquet, every centerpiece represents thousands of tiny decisions made by people who genuinely care.

This weekend reminded me why I love what we do.

I couldn’t be more proud of our team. Every single person showed up with heart, talent, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Watching everyone work together toward one goal is something I’ll never take for granted.
