Age 𝐢𝐬 just a number.

But I see woman using it as a crutch 🩼 to justify why they aren’t _____ or no longer able to ____.

I get it. My body was abused with excessive exercising and an eating disorder and I had demands and expectations for it but I was surviving and not stewarding.

It was breaking down. The cramping, hip pain, inability to grip things, sleepless nights… I was running on fumes, frustrated and started to pull back from the things I loved so much.

Maybe you can relate. Many women can.

I did the work and I have helped over 300 women go from surviving to stewarding, from reactive to rooted. Now, we’re back lifting heavy, moving our bodies, eating real foods, hydrating, resting and for me….. that led to: teaching barre 🧑🏻‍🩰and playing volleyball 🏐 among other things. The joy has be reignited and I’m honoring God by stewarding this gift.

Let’s get you off the sidelines of your life and back in the game!

Shame doesn’t have the final word. ❤️‍🩹

Another rally in the books! We dove into John 8, talked honestly about shame and how we cope, and reminded each other that Jesus meets us with grace, truth, and freedom. 🏐✝️

Join us for our next meetup on Friday, 8/21 at 6 PM for volleyball, community, and fellowship. No need to be a volleyball pro—just bring yourself and a friend! 🙌

See you there! ✝️🏐

We are saying goodbye to two very special people, and it’s hard to put into words just how much they mean to our center.

After almost 7 wonderful years, Selah and Abby are moving on to their next chapter — all the way to Florida! While we are so excited for this new adventure ahead of them, there is no denying how deeply they will be missed here at the center.

Over the years, they became so much more than part of our team — they became family. They have walked through so many milestones alongside us, shared countless memories, and poured so much love into the children, families, and staff here every single day. From high school graduations to college graduation, losses and gains, and everything in between- thank you for sharing life’s moments with all of us!

One of the sweetest full-circle moments is that Abby once attended preschool right here at our center. Watching her grow from one of our littles into the incredible young woman she is today has been such a gift. She even went on to college to become a teacher, and seeing her come back and continue impacting children’s lives in such a meaningful way has been incredibly special.

The love, laughter, dedication, and care that Selah and Abby brought into these walls will leave a lasting mark on all of us. They helped shape so many little lives and created memories that will stay with our center forever.

Thank you both for all the amazing years, for your hearts, your hard work, and for being such an important part of our story. No matter where life takes you, you will always be part of our family.

We wish you both nothing but happiness, success, and endless sunshine as you begin this exciting new chapter in Florida. Good luck — we love you and will miss you so much!
