Want to stand out at your next showcase?

Get faster so you actually have something to showcase.

Speed and power are qualities that diminish quickly when they aren’t trained consistently. You can’t expect to show up to a showcase and run your fastest, jump your highest, or move explosively if you haven’t been developing those qualities every week.

Strength helps build the underpinnings for power, but getting stronger alone isn’t enough. Athletes still need to sprint, jump, throw, and move fast. Don’t wait until showcase season to start training speed. Build something worth showcasing.

Another round of PR’s at ISP 📈

Our athletes continue to get faster and more explosive.

20–10 split times dropping.
Vertical jumps going up.

The goal is simple: keep showing up, keep training, and keep stacking progress.

Speed. Power. Performance.

You play. You contribute. You’re decent.

But if we’re being honest… you’re not the athlete everyone worries about.

You’re not explosive. You’re not the fastest. You’re not the most powerful.

And those are the exact qualities that separate good athletes from game changers.

Too many athletes spend all their time practicing what they’re already decent at while ignoring the physical qualities holding them back. Speed. Power. Acceleration. Jumping. Strength.

Stop avoiding your weaknesses.

Train them.

Because the athletes who improve the fastest aren’t the ones born gifted, they’re the ones willing to attack the things they suck at.

If you’re tired of being “pretty good,” come train at ISP. Let’s build the speed and power that changes your game. 💥
