AIE ShotSense is my answer to a gap in basketball development.

We have shot-tracking, but we lack movement intelligence.

Based off my 4 Step Shooting Methodology & Biomechanical Movement assessments …..This prototype merges shooting performance data with kinematic variables to build predictive models for shot consistency, fatigue effects, and optimal mechanics per athlete.

Building the dataset that will power personalized shooting correction.”

⚡️ INTRODUCING THE SHP SPEED & EXPLOSIVENESS SYSTEM™

Speed is more than running fast. It’s the ability to produce force, produce it quickly, accelerate efficiently, control your body at high velocities, and transfer those qualities to competition.

Our system follows six pillars:

ASSESS → FORCE → RATE → STRIDE → EXPLODE → TRANSFER

From first-step quickness and acceleration to explosive power, deceleration, change of direction and game speed — we’re building athletes through an evidence-based, performance-driven approach.

MEASURE IT. BUILD IT. TRANSFER IT. DOMINATE. ⚡️💨

📩 DM “SPEED” for program information.

🚨 A major shift is urgently NEEDED in modern public health because we are currently treating downstream symptoms instead of fixing the root cause of wellness❗️💯

My mission is bigger than fitness — it’s about educating people on health from the cellular level up.

The future of wellness starts with understanding how our daily choices around movement, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and lifestyle impact the trillions of cells that make up our bodies. 🧫

I’m committed to being a teacher, educator, and leader in the cellular health and holistic wellness space by helping people understand the science behind true health optimization.

Health education is the foundation of a healthier future. ⚡️

✅ Are you building your fitness on a shaky foundation? 🧱

When people think of getting fit, they usually think of heavy weights, intense sweat, and pushing to failure.

True, long-term performance starts somewhere completely different: Stabilization Endurance.

Welcome to Phase 1 of the NASM OPT Model

This phase isn’t about how much you can lift. It’s about how well you can control your own body. We intentionally introduce unstable surfaces—like BOSU balls and foam pads—to force your smaller stabilizer muscles to wake up and work.

Why does this matter? Injury Prevention: It strengthens ligaments, tendons, and joints before you add heavy loads.Better Balance:

It trains your brain and muscles to communicate faster (neuromuscular coordination).

Core Strength: Every movement becomes a core exercise when you are fighting to stay balanced.

Swipe left to see a sample 30-minute Stabilization Circuit I designed for clients returning to training or building a rock-solid foundation.

📋Notice the tempo: 4-2-1. That means 4 seconds on the way down, a 2-second hold at the bottom to stabilize, and 1 second to return.

Slowing down is where the magic happens!

Drop a 🧊 in the comments if you need to slow things down and fix your foundation!

🚨 Vibration Therapy & Power Plate Benefits 🚨

Most people think vibration therapy is just a trend…

But clinically? It’s backed by emerging peer-reviewed research and used in rehab, performance, and recovery settings worldwide.

Let’s break it down 👇

⚡ What is Vibration Therapy?
Whole-body vibration (WBV) uses platforms like Power Plates to send mechanical vibrations through the body—forcing your muscles to contract multiple times per second.

That = more neuromuscular activation in less time.

🧠 1. Neuromuscular Activation & Strength
Research shows vibration therapy increases muscle fiber recruitment and improves strength, especially in the lower body and core. (Healthline)

👉 Translation:
You’re training your nervous system + muscles simultaneously.

⸻

🦴 2. Bone Density & Joint Health
Studies demonstrate WBV can stimulate osteoblast activity (bone-building cells) and improve bone mineral density. (Healthline)

👉 Originally developed to prevent bone loss in astronauts — now used in clinical populations.

⸻

🩹 3. Pain Reduction & Rehab
Peer-reviewed findings show vibration therapy can:
✔️ Reduce chronic low back pain
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Enhance mobility and flexibility

👉 That’s why it’s used in physical therapy & neurological rehab settings.

⸻

⚖️ 4. Balance, Stability & Injury Prevention
WBV improves proprioception (your body’s awareness in space), which is critical for:
🏀 Athletes
🏃‍♂️ Return-to-play protocols
🧓 Fall prevention

⸻

🔥 5. Recovery & Circulation Boost
Vibration increases blood flow and can accelerate recovery by delivering nutrients to muscle tissue faster.

👉 Think of it as active recovery on steroids (without the impact).

🧠 The Muscle Protecting Your Spine That Nobody Talks About

Most people focus on abs, glutes, and big back muscles…
But the real MVP for your spine? 👉 Your multifidi muscles

These small, deep muscles run along your spine and play a HUGE role in:
✔️ Stabilizing each vertebra
✔️ Protecting your spinal cord
✔️ Supporting your discs under load
✔️ Preventing low back pain & injury

💡 Think of the multifidi as your body’s internal brace system — they keep everything aligned and controlled when you move, lift, run, or even sit.

🚨 When these muscles are weak or inactive:
– Your spine becomes unstable
– Discs take on more stress
– Risk of injury goes UP
– Chronic back pain becomes more likely

🔥 The key? Train SMART, not just heavy.
You don’t need crazy weight — you need activation, control, and stability work

🏋🏽‍♂️ Start incorporating:
• Bird Dogs
• Dead Bugs
• Stability Holds
• Controlled Core Work

🎯 Athletes: If you want durability, longevity, and elite performance…
You can’t ignore the muscles that protect your foundation.
