Arturo wasn’t dealt the best hand. As a Mexican native whose family crossed over illegally when he was 2 months old, Arturo was forced to grow up as an illegal immigrant in a country he didn’t choose. After being unable to make a proper life for himself in the US, he self-deported himself and his family back to Mexico. But in his own words: “you can’t run away from your problems”. They may follow you across borders…. Our new documentary « Chutes & Ladders » is now available to watch on the Oddly Slight YouTube Channel
