♡ A little introduction

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up dancing and eventually went on to pursue a career in dance professionally.

I first discovered Pilates as a form of cross-training for dance, but what started as a way to support my dance technique quickly became something I fell in love with, as it felt so similar to my dance background.

That love eventually led me to Pilates instruction. I’m STOTT pilates trained in Reformer and Balanced Body trained in Mat.

My background in dance continues to shape the way I approach Pilates, and I’m so excited to share that passion with you.

Whether you’re here to build strength, improve your movement, or simply feel more connected to your body, I’m so happy you’re here.

Collab Space @collabspace_official

🇨🇦English below

Yesterday evening I spent time at Collab Space @collabspace_official — a really nice and atmospheric place.

It was great to be surrounded by strong, driven entrepreneurs and experts.

I also tried matcha from @kubo_matcha, who are just starting their journey — definitely recommend 😍

As a bonus, Olga @olga_ialovenko and I won two prizes, so now we have a one-month membership at Collab Space.
So stay tuned for upcoming Life Capital @life_capital_global financial literacy sessions at a new location 😈

Thank you for the atmosphere and the people. Truly valuable 💚
