Sometimes you just need somewhere to hit the bags so you don’t LOSE it at work. 😂

Maybe you simply enjoy boxing and kickboxing. You want to learn real technique, hit the bags, get stronger, stay fit—and then get back to your life.

You don’t have to be a fighter to love the sport. Train one-on-one, with a partner, or in a small group.

No experience required. Because for most of us, the fight is not always in the ring.

Book a free introductory session. Bring a friend or 3.

🔥 THIS IS WHAT THE FITNESS COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT! 🔥

We opened the doors of SelfMade Scottsdale to the public and brought the fitness community together for one hell of an event — and the energy was absolutely UNTOUCHABLE. 💯

Different gyms. Different trainers. Different athletes. Different backgrounds. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE VIBE. 🤝🔥

No egos. No competition. Just people showing up, putting in work, supporting each other, making connections, and bringing an energy you had to be there to understand.

THIS is why we wanted to open our doors.

The turnout was incredible.
The workouts were 🔥
The support was REAL.
And the vibe was on another level.

Huge thank you to Fitness Junkeez and EVERYONE who came out and made this event what it was.

Arizona fitness community… we’re just getting started. 👀🔥

You’ve been carrying the same goal for years now. Let’s finish it.

Not another January. Not another program you’ll abandon by week three. A real system, built around your body, your schedule, and the life you’re actually living.

Training that fits. Nutrition that works on a hard day, not just a perfect one. And someone tracking the whole thing so nothing drifts for months without you knowing.

Here’s what that gives you. Fat down. Muscle up. Energy that lasts past 3pm. Clothes that fit right. Walking into a room carrying yourself differently, because the body finally matches the person you’ve always been.

I work with a limited number of people 1-on-1. If you’re done guessing, let’s talk.

Skeletal muscle up. Body fat down.

But that’s the part that fits on a screen.

The numbers are the receipt. The work behind them is the actual story.

Message me and let’s talk about what it really takes.

There’s a version of you six months from now who’s already handled this. The only question is whether you start today or keep pushing it back.

Because the effort you’re already spending isn’t the problem. You’re busy. You’re disciplined everywhere else in your life. What’s been missing is a plan built for your body and someone making sure that effort actually lands somewhere.

That’s what I do. Fat loss and muscle built together, around your schedule, tracked and adjusted so nothing quietly stalls for months. Stronger, leaner, with energy that holds through the whole day.

I take on a limited number of 1-on-1 clients. If you want one of those spots, say the word.

This is what consistent training actually looks like once someone’s been in it long enough. Every set has a job. The weight goes up when it should. Nothing gets skipped because it’s uncomfortable. It isn’t flashy and that’s exactly the point.

Show up like this often enough and results stop being a question.

Always working behind the scenes for my trainers.

A lot of what I do never gets seen.

Lately, I’ve been spending hours working on the website myself, going page by page through the SelfMade Arizona website—improving our SEO, rebuilding location pages, strengthening our trainer profiles, fixing links, improving how people find us on Google, and creating better pathways for potential clients to connect directly with our trainers.

Why?

Because being a trainer at SelfMade should be about more than having a great facility to train out of.

I want our trainers to have exposure, a professional online presence, marketing support, videography, mentorship, and a website that actually helps bring attention to THEIR businesses.

Every improvement we make online has the same goal as every improvement we make inside the gym:

Give our trainers more tools and more opportunities to succeed.

I’m always working on the next thing. 💻💪

Quiana came to me discouraged. She’d worked with trainers before and gotten nowhere. She’d been an athlete once, someone who genuinely loved to train, but after surgeries every attempt to get back to it ended the same way. In pain, and back at square one.

If that sounds familiar, this part is for you.

The problem was never her effort or her willingness. It was that nobody was paying attention to how she actually moved. Form, alignment, the way a body compensates around old injuries. Get that wrong and every session costs you more than it gives.

So we built a system around the body she has now. Strength work that builds instead of breaks down. Nutrition that fuels instead of restricts. Real intensity, applied in a way she can recover from and repeat.

Body fat down. Muscle up. Stronger, more energy, and training pain-free for the first time in a long time.

You don’t have to choose between getting results and protecting your body. That’s what the right coaching is for.

Coach Drew is a body recomposition coach who builds strength and results around the bodies busy professionals 35-55 actually have, through structure and 1-on-1 accountability. 12 years. Private 1-on-1 training at Self Made Training Facility in Gilbert, AZ.
