Your Voice Is Your Power. Don’t Let Your Comfort Zone Keep You Quiet

I’ve always used my voice, it used to get me into confrontations😂 but could also mobilise a room
There’s also been times I’ve been silent to keep the peace..
It’s been a life long journey understanding how to utilise my voice correctly and in a career like Physiotherapy, everyday is a masterclass in public speaking

For me Speakers Academy wasn’t necessarily about becoming a paid speaker, but putting myself in a situation where I know I’d be uncomfortable and be forced to look inward at my strengths and challenges to present them in a way that can motivate people

The hardest part wasn’t speaking, it was knowing what to say. Then I remembered who I am, and all that I’ve achieved both personally and professionally, pushing aside the quiet (sometimes loud) voice that says I’m not good enough

I’ve got a lot to say, but discernment and timing is everything. Recorded 13 months ago, found in my camera roll today. I’ve grown a lot since then..
This mini keynote was prepared in under 24 hours so I know I can only go up from here

Thank you to @selfmadeunfiltered and the whole team, since 9-Thrive ‘24
The right time reveals itself when you move from flow not force

We all know what it feels like when someone says "trust me" and we're not sure.

All sorts of different industries face that every day. Communities, governments and investors decide whether a project gets to go ahead, and trust is what they base it on.

I'm Michillay Brown, and I help industries earn the trust of the communities, governments and investors they work with. It's called Social Licence to Operate.

I'm speaking on it at the Self Made Speaker Showcase on 7 November, 12pm, at Queen Mary University of London.

Tickets are free. DM me and I'll send you yours. 🎟️

And guess what? I'd LOVE for you to join us in Dubai in 2027!

I'm hosting a FREE information evening this week, where you can find out more about MAS, what to expect and whether it's the right opportunity for YOU.

Action will provide the energy to create momentum.

Back in 2025 I spoke on stage at the @selfmadeunfiltered Manifested Action book launch and I spoke about optimising the 4 heath pillars to improve your mental and physical performance.

A kind gentleman came up to me and said he finds it hard to stay motivated and consistent in his endeavours.

I proceeded to give him tips on how to set non-negotiables, ease the commitment and discipline to breed momentum.

If you feel stuck and want to regain control back in your life, comment or DM me the word UNSTOPPABLE and I’ll send you my free 7-day reset guide.

Become Unstoppable. Stay Dangerous!

We spend a lot of time talking about building wealth.💭

But how often do we talk about protecting it?

In the latest episode of Self Made Unfiltered, we sat down with @katyeatenton_finance.strategy for a conversation that every entrepreneur, professional and parent should hear.

We explored some of the financial conversations many people avoid:

• Protecting your family and future
• Navigating money in relationships
• Credit, planning and long-term security
• Why waiting until "later" can become an expensive mistake

Building wealth matters.

Protecting what you're building matters too.

Because true financial success isn't just about what you earn.

It's about what you keep, protect and pass on.

If you're serious about creating freedom, security and a lasting legacy, this episode will give you plenty to think about.

Don’t let today’s small flames become tomorrow’s wildfires. Catch me on stage with @selfmadeunfiltered , where I’ll be sharing my secret, easily implemented tools to build fire lines and protect your future.

This isn’t a manual or shares literature and a keynote thrown together from theory, this is my true story, one I only hope you’ll read about and not have to live through yourselves.
