P.S. Sorry, I couldn't tag everyone because the limit is 20 people 🙂

🔅 Amplify other women. 🔅
Heard of the Shine Theory? It is the idea that when you help another woman rise, we all shine. Build other women up!

🔛That is one of our core values at Immigrant Women Initiative (IWI).

🧲 Tag women you admire in the comments. Let's shine a spotlight!

✨ Thank You for Celebrating with Us! ✨

What a joy it was to celebrate our 1-year milestone with a community that truly embodies “women supporting women”! We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to learn from such amazing women. Your warmth, encouragement, and steadfast support have deeply touched us.

We’re thrilled by your kind words and thankful for your enthusiastic support of our entrepreneurs, community members, and the IWI platform. Our anniversary event was a wonderful opportunity to see new connections made, bonds deepened, and women stepping up as mentors and volunteers.

Your heartfelt engagement with our small business vendors was truly inspiring. Your willingness to listen and connect had a real impact—because together, we can achieve so much!

A big thank you to Sobhana for her unwavering support and inspiring opening speech. And let’s not forget Fiona, whose violin performance was nothing short of mesmerizing.

A special shout-out to all the female-led businesses who showcased their incredible products and services. Your passion is creating a ripple effect of support and success.
A special thanks to @translink, @andcocommunity and @ednascocktails

Last night we gathered to celebrate the seeds @networkwithiwi planted and nourished this past year and they have absolutely cultivated the most abundant community!

It is an honour to witness them and I am humbled and full of gratitude to be learning from the humans who make up this incredible community ❤️

I am always in awe of the entrepreneurs I meet in the IWI community, last night the market was so ample I couldn’t meet them all, below are the businesses I was gifted the chance to meet!

Contribute to them by following, procuring, sharing, amplifying!
