POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Wrapped this one up for a new @arhaus store launch last November. Beautiful spaces, but definitely one of those shoots where every frame had a problem to solve — traffic and fast food signage pouring through the windows, tags on nearly every piece and fixture, limited control over overhead lighting, and a full turnaround in under 24 hours.

A lot of scrims, flags, diffusion, lighting control, and patience went into making these sets feel calm and intentional. And huge credit to @semblanceretouching for absolutely crushing the retouching side. There’s literally a Taco Bell sitting directly outside the windows in the first shot… somehow handled with complete ease.

These are the kinds of projects that remind me how much good interiors photography is really a team sport.

The much awaited transformation of the iconic Olympia Theatre in Sydney’s Paddington has introduced the first @25hourshotels to Australia with the @25hourshotel_sydney at 1 Oxford Street. Featuring rooms adorned by @kubism_ and contemporary finishes, the property maintains many of its beautiful heritage features. Thanks to the fabulous team for all your support during the shoot 📸 @justinnicholasphotography

It’s a very rare occasion where a final image is one click straight out of camera. 99% of my images are processed with multiple layers and blending to get the final product. Just like baking a cake, you have to have all the ingredients. A pinch of ambient a dash of flash and photoshop to bake it to perfection.

Working with Designers, Builder and Architects to photograph there projects is a specialty of ours. I have spent the last 7 years crafting and perfecting the integral techniques it takes to create magazine quality images through mastered lighting, composition and editing.
On this commissioned project we were hired by the designer and project manager to photograph @sidehustletaps . A very cool space and project to be apart of. And the best part, the beer is delicious!
