🥊 What an incredible experience.

Today I stepped outside of my comfort zone and challenged myself in a way I never have before. No matter the outcome, I’m extremely proud of myself. I’ve only truly been locked in and focused on my training for less than three months, but I decided to test myself and compete for the very first time.

This experience showed me how much I’ve grown, but even more importantly, it showed me how much potential I still have. I’m excited knowing that this is just the beginning and that there’s so much more room to improve on this journey. 📈💪🏻

A huge thank you to my Wife for supporting me through every crazy idea, goal, and challenge I take on. ❤️ Thank you to my Mom, Brother, Kacike, and LB for coming out, cheering me on, and being in my corner. 🙏🏻

Huge thanks to @newdorptsma for welcoming me with open arms and making me feel like family from day one. 🫂

To all of my instructors and teammates, thank you for the constant encouragement, countless rounds of sparring, and the endless knowledge you’ve shared with me. Every lesson, every round, and every conversation has helped start my journey. 👊🏻

And a special shoutout to my brother Javi for putting me on this path. I’m forever grateful for your guidance, support, and belief in me. 🤝🏻

Now it’s time to get back to work. Stay humble, stay hungry, and keep getting 1% better every day. 📚🔥

God, I love this sport. ❤️🥊
