Intro to Inversions workshop @senderone_sna
@senderone this Saturday, October 3, 10:15am!
• 🤸🏽‍♀️ Whether you’re looking to conquer your fear of inverting, get away from the wall or increase your hang time, this workshop will give you a solid foundation for inversion training. We’ll progress through proven techniques, drills and conditioning from a variety of disciplines, including gymnastics, circus arts, AcroYoga, dance and calisthenics. While the focus will be on handstands, we’ll also explore headstands, arm balances and other shapes upside down. Working with props and partners to support a successful practice, be prepared to build strength, flexibility, mobility and play.
(Bring a small towel and socks.)
*Non-members can take my 9am Tune Up class for free that same day in preparation for the workshop.
