A little fall fun, a lot of community spirit!

We loved being part of the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Run this October 18th!
A big thank-you to Senior Coastsiders for welcoming Arunay Foundation and giving us the opportunity to set up a booth, share our work.
Every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference. And as always, we carried Arunay with us through a special mile marker in his memory.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, listened, and helped spread the word. Together, we can build safer communities around water.

Every Life Safe. Together, we are saving lives.

My third time running the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Run! This was my second time running the half marathon and my first ever race was their 10k in 2023. Looking to come back next year!

Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Run Half Marathon ✅. Didn't get the PR I was hoping for but still had a great time. I've been dealing with intermittent numbness in my feet with running the last few months possible due to some circulation issues with CHF (still trying to figure out what's going on!). I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem today but the numbness came on around mile 5. I tried to run through it but the numbness persisted and eventually just didn't feel safe trying to power through. So I just ran when I could and walked when my feet went numb. 2:12 finish isn't so bad all things considered!

As always thank you @dr.gabygo @gorunstronger. Even though my results haven't showed up on race day my last few races I'm super happy with my progress as a runner. I'm looking forward to training for the next race!

Another community event, another chance to make a difference!

We’re excited to be part of the Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Run on October 18!

💙 Come find us at the Arunay Foundation booth! Learn how we’re making beaches safer through life-saving rescue rings and water-safety education, and discover how you can be part of our mission.

❤️ As you run/walk, look out for a special mile marker in memory of our Arunay. We wish more than anything that he could be here running alongside us. Instead, we carry his light with us, turning our love for him into a mission to help keep others safe in the water. Every life we help protect is a little more of his light shining in the world.

And while you’re there, support this wonderful community run that raises funds for Senior Coastsiders!

Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or stopping by to say hello, every step brings our community together.
Run. Walk. Remember. Give Back.
