I will be playing at ReinState Project, Newham, on 14th March for my friend @medallionman’s birthday celebration. 🎂

I’ll be on 1:50PM, playing UK underground hip-hop with some Griselda Records flavours, alongside a few rare 90s house gems.

Expect film screenings, food, a cheap bar, and music running all day until 23:00.

Big respect to @reinstateproject for building a genuine community space in a time when so many grassroots venues are disappearing.

On Saturday 14th March, @medallionmanmusic turns 32 - celebrating with an all-day multimedia event at @reinstate_project community hub in Silvertown, bringing together friends and collaborators from across Europe.

10 hours of live performances and DJs - amplified by the beautiful @obrigado____ss!

Cinema area - in collaboration with @omvf from Finland!

All Breaks No Gas
Fireworks are all about escapism. Suspending reality for moments of wonder and beautiful sacrifice. Leave the country, jump dimensions, run naked through a field cackling maniacally. Anything to shift the perspective. Don't get stuck, rotting away in the well, letting the mundane and miserable siphon your magic. Because every human, like every firework, is limitless dreams and raw stardust. Practice and hone your potential with the intention to release it shrieking decoratively across the nightsky. What a waste to leave it languishing inside a box in the attic like a damp squib.

💚2025 was a big year for ReSpace!

Our amazing team have been redeveloping the derelict former Tate Social Institute, to save it for future generations. We’ve salvaged original materials from the building itself, to preserve its distinct Victorian character. And this year, it got a shiny new roof!!!

We’ve used surplus, waste and upcycled resources wherever possible, to save co2 and reduce costs. A big thank you to our fab friends who put their wasted resources to the best use!

We believe in keeping value in the neighbourhood, and we found some great local experts to work on the project, from architects and surveyors, to consultants and builders (✨John, Hamza, Hugh, Saran✨). We’ve also been so lucky with our team, and hired some more lovely locals - shout out to Amber, Ivan and Keirah 😘

Our modular use of space ensured that parts of the building remained safely accessible to the public from day 1, even during construction. The weekly hardhat tours were extremely popular with residents!

The building opened officially in October - and has already hosted all manner of events including aerial performances, a conference, panto and a 1 year old’s birthday for 100 guests! 🎂

We are indebted to the fantastic people of Silvertown who have welcomed us and @reinstate_project with open arms. Especially those of you who are really hands on - Jock, Danielle, Joy, Frankie - superstars ⭐️

And a big thank you to those within Newham council whose belief and forward-thinking has allowed the incredible @reinstate_project to happen - and to the many other people who have helped along the way!

This Saturday night, am back DJing at @das_booty_rave , closing the larger floor from 3-4am in the multi-story Peckham venue that the DB crew are turning into an extravagant rave den.

If you’ve been to Das Booty before, you’ll know how contrasted the programming is, giving DJs the freedom to showcase the full range of the rave spectrum and ensuring that the dancefloor never feels one-dimensional.

It was back in Feb that I last played for DB, where I had the chance to warm up the dancefloor ahead of all kinds of free spirited DJs. Have special memories of that weekend - dancing hard to the dexterity of @ukaea_ & @shadesy.dasbooty , hanging out friends who rolled through and then getting my leg piece tattoo, of the symbolic Tate Institute panel, done by @senso_adept the next day! 📜👉

Hoping this weekend will unlock similar treasures and it’s a pleasure to now have the chance to play at the other end of the billing this time round and wrinse it out! Braindance, techno, jungle, electro, footwork…all glued together by noisy piquancy 😋

We promised a proper Cockney knees up and Silvertown delivered! 🎻🍻

It was wonderful seeing so many locals and new faces singing East End classics together inside ReinsTate.

A massive thank you to @officialwavescollective for running the session. Their eclectic mix of Celtic, traditional folk, world roots and folk rock was the perfect soundtrack and clearly got everyone on their feet!

It is brilliant to see The Tate Institute coming alive with moments like this. That is exactly what it is all about.
