COSTUME ART. One of my favorite Travesty looks was designed by @seranduh for the “ghost” of the theater, a figure who haunts every time period, until we finally get her story at the end of the show.

We imagined a dress fueled by wind, water, fire, and metal- something that told a story about the beauty of age and decay. Andres custom-dyed the fabric with sheets of copper, then burned, rusted, tore and embellished it with crystals. The way she comes to life onstage…you just have to see!

Hair was custom-dyed by @johnnovotny with a matching patina-copper root. Opal and pearl earrings by @sorrelloriginals

Come see Travesty on tour in Europe now! Last night was life-changing in Ljubljana. To the crowd of over 1,000 people, wow. Najlepša hvala! Tonight we play Milan, my first time bringing a solo show to Italy!
