I recently started writing more, and sending some of my work to journals and magazines. Hope for more wins this year.

This poem looked different in my head. Guess I ddn't have the skill to paint it properly.

Hey guys, so this is a collaboration with one of my favourite writers @derekimagines , we kind of wrote this at an event some weeks ago, and decided to share it with the rest of the world, read and tell us what you think. Enjoy🌹.

As a big fan of @susanne_sussane , this book is really important to me. She has reached a level of mastery in this art that I can only dream of. I let this review sit in my chest this long because I was too scared of messing up. I admire her work, and I felt it would be a great disservice to her and myself if I made a review, and it failed to properly express this book's beauty.

I don't think I've done a perfect job, but I hope it will be enough.

I really adore Su and this book, and if you haven't gotten it yet, you should, and maybe you'll fall in love with her too.

I realise I haven't been active for a while on this app but I am lowkey using this piece as and apology and a means of re-entry back into the writing game. I hope you like it, Enjoy🌹.

P.S: this is a chair from @alagacollections at an exhibition in Shoprite last month😁. It was made from an old party 'ikoko' aka pot and it was suuuper comfy
