My absolute favorite part of this journey, bringing the Strong & Surrendered Membership Program to life had been seeing God’s hand all over it and how He placed so many amazing people on my path to help me. People who have truly shown what it means to love like Christ, to be generous like Christ, and who have willingly sown so much of their time, skills, talents, and gifts to help me bring this vision to life.

I’m so, so, so grateful for Kya, Caro, Sergie, Celly, and Freddy for everything you’ve done for me in this season! Words truly fall so short 🥹🙏🏼

I pray my journey and story encourage those whom the Lord has also given a vision to. All God needs is our yes—and He will handle the rest! When He calls, He equips. He will never leave you in the middle. What He started, He will surely bring to completion 🤍

The Strong & Surrendered Membership Program is movement where we reject the pressure, the obsession, and the idol of appearance. Here, we train not for perfection, but for purpose. Not just for aesthetics, but for stewardship. We grow stronger in body and spirit , learning that true strength is found not in control, but in surrender.

Doors open November 21! But while you wait, I’ve created a FREE 5-Day Challenge to help you kickstart your fitness journey God’s way.

Comment “READY” and I’ll send it straight to your inbox.
Let’s grow Strong & Surrendered, together, in Jesus’ Name.🤍

Y’ALL 😢 🌧️ Event Update 🌧️

Family, we’re so heartbroken to share that due to the weather, we’ve made the tough decision to postpone our event.

We had so many beautiful plans for this day — dancing in the street, music in the air, and a joyful celebration filled with love and community. But with the rain, we wouldn’t be able to bring you the experience we envisioned — and you all deserve the full magic of what we planned. ✨

We wanted this moment to be something you remember, and we’re already thinking about how we can bring that same energy on a future (and sunnier) day. ☀️💃🏽 Stay tuned — this isn’t goodbye, just a little rain delay.

God is still Goood! ✨

Just me thanking God for my apartment again ✌️😀 but honestly THANK you so much to @tinikos_events for the balloons, flowers, cake pops, cup cakes, and decor! 😭🥹

She is a one stop shop and of course we had so much to talk about when setting up 😆🥳🇬🇪 we have met at some of the protests 🇬🇪🇪🇺 and she is just wonderful, kind, and SO generous.

I’m so happy to share her business with you for your events and parties in the NYC area! And this was SOOOOO WILDLY last minute and STILL she made it so magical for my Church Girls 🎈💝🎀😭❤️🥲🙏

It’s pretty amazing how God continues to just provide and connect… I’m shook time and time again 🫠

Thank you Jesus for community and long and wonderful days 🫶
