Air Fryer Salmon (Pinch of Yum), 15 Minute Garlic Fried Noodles (Served from Scratch), and sauteed spinach. The Salmon was supposed to be kind of crispy on the outside, which didn’t happen. But it was still quite tasty.

These honey roasted peanuts are a great addition to make for any holiday party. They’re easy to make, can be made ahead of time, and are a sweet and savory addictive snack!! Recipe adapted from servedfromscratch.com
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp salt (omit if using salted peanuts)
3 cups peanuts, unsalted
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a pot over medium heat melt butter, honey, and salt until bubbly. Add peanuts and toss to coat. Transfer peanuts to a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown. While peanuts bake, mix together sugar and spices, set aside. Transfer to a metal bowl or heatproof dish, slowly add sugar mixture until peanuts are coated. Allow to cool completely, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.

Sticker honey-soy chicken legs (Bon Appétit), garlic fried rice noodles (Served From Scratch), and sautéed kale. The chicken recipe included instructions to hack the drumsticks and thighs themselves in half. Nope! I also added a splash of sriracha to the glaze. #winnerwinnerchickendinner #savetheknives

This 3-ingredient peach sorbet is the perfect dessert to say goodbye to this hot summer! It’s so refreshing and the perfect balance between tart and sweet. My son and I love this easy recipe!
#recipe by @servedfromscratch 🍑
-10 small peaches or 6 large (ripe)
-1/2 cup of granulated sugar
-juice from half a lemon
1. Peel and pit the peaches then freeze until they are firm usually about 2-4 hours
2. Blend: In a @sagespoonfuls food processor add the frozen peaches, sugar, and lemon juice and blend until creamy.
3. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze (4 hours)
4. Scoop and dig in!
This lasts up to three days inthe freezer🧡
