008 on the Bandcamp campaign welcomes South Wales’ own Seth Booth with a four-track EP that moves across distinct shades of club functionality and mood. Across the record, there’s a gradual shift from focused, functional pressure into more diffuse, late-night territory, with each cut designed to operate within different phases of a set rather than a single fixed moment.

A1. Movin It A direct, peak-time cut built for immediate floor pressure. Forward-leaning drums and no-frills momentum set the tone early, engineered for systems at full tilt.

A2. Diosa Del Sol A warmer, more expansive turn. Subtle Balearic influence runs through it, drawing on sunset-drenched reference points in early house without leaning into pastiche.

B1. Pathfinder Mid-set energy with a more exploratory edge. Rolling synth movement and open rhythmic space designed for transitions, less about impact, more about direction.

B2. Polychrome A forward-facing statement within the record, defined by harder synth textures and cut-up rhythmic structure that push toward a more contemporary club palette, stepping away from the vintage reference points of earlier work.

Where do we start… Amarcord has released more than 90 tracks over the past decade, including EPs, singles and remixes on labels such as @jennifercardini @dischiautunno , @cursesforever @ombrainternational, @permanentvacationrecords, @ritmo_fatale and more. If he wasn’t busy enough in the studio, he is also the curator of his own party @_nottetempo_ which has welcomed the likes of @cursesforever, @pablo.bozzi and @kendal_ritmofatale

Just over 2 weeks to go until we welcome 2 heavy hitters to cardiff and its release day for @_radondo_

His new track ‘Moving On’ with @neu_romancer_ has dropped as part of @cursesforever third edition of the Next Wave Acid Punx compilation

Across the first two installments Luca took us from the industrial and post-punk sounds of the late 70s, through the emergence of EBM, new beat and freestyle in the 1980s and onto the music he both makes and plays himself in clubs today.

Bringing the series to a close Next Wave Acid Punx TROIS sees the Berlin-based musician and DJ return full circle, this time exploring the sounds that first initiated him into Brooklyn’s rave scene and the music that, in some way, continues to embody its eclectic spirit today.

Leading the descent, a heavyweight clash between @_radondo_ and @amarcordmusic

~ Radondo ~

UK-born, Berlin-based Radondo has quickly become a prevalent artist within the German Capital. As a Slow Motion Records resident, he has honed a versatile sound, playing regularly at the likes of Renate and recently debuting at Berghain’s Panorama Bar. As a producer and remixer, Radondo has had a steady run of releases on labels such as Wrong Era, Loose Fit Records, Ritmo Fatale and Fucanglong Files.

~ Amarcord ~

Italian DJ and producer Amarcord’s style is deeply influenced by the sounds of the 80s and 90s, from new wave and italo-disco, to electro and trance. Over the last decade his releases have appeared on labels such as Jen Cardini’s Correspondant, Watergate and Permanent Vacation, with support from the likes of the late great guvnor Andrew Weatherall and Laurent Garnier.

Expect a night of cosmic grooves and gut-punching synths at Cardiff’s finest @paradisegardencdf
