First time cheffing Out East! Before I decided to take the leap and go to culinary school, I would tune in religiously to the inspiring adventures of @wishbonekitchen @sethboylan @handmethefork and many others who always made this fever dream job somehow feel possible with lots of hard work. Beyond grateful for the chance to chef in the Hamptons with these incredible clients. Lucky to have the amazing @annaandthekitch at my side in the kitchen!
