Day 13/39 Started the day flying into Mackinac island, then got in 4- mile run. Ended the evening with an easy 8 mile bike ride to catch the sunset with my students betore heading home. This was a fun memory to make while training for USAT Nationals! #triathlon #usat #cfi #trainingarc
