Penthouse Living On The Upper East Side, Reimagined.

@200east75th #PH4 isn’t your typical UES residence, and that’s exactly the point. The brief was simple: bring soft, organic modern living to the homes in the sky.

Vesta designer @sethmccaughey delivered, and there’s no surprise it’s already under contract.

With a naturalistic sensibility that lets the architecture breathe, Seth designed every detail with intention. From curved dining room corners anchored by our best-selling Maximilian dining chair, to a primary suite that is nothing short of a sanctuary and curated vignettes throughout the living room that make your eye pause and take it all in.

Pops of colour in the guest and children’s bedrooms are tied seamlessly back into the design through abstract artwork, throws and pillows, creating one cohesive, considered story from room to room.

Organic modern living, forty floors above the city.

Situated at the end of a long private road in Water Mill, this modern Hamptons retreat, with interior design by @stevenlafonte, unfolds with quiet confidence.

Western-facing views over Mecox Bay carry throughout the home, while a private dock, roof deck, and pool house extend daily living outdoors.

Vesta senior designer @sethmccaughey led the staging design, building on the residence’s contemporary organic architecture and light-filled interiors.

Curved silhouettes, modular forms, and an eight-foot round dining table created natural moments of connection, while layered textures softened the home’s modern lines.

The response was immediate: the very first buyers to step inside made an above-ask offer before the property ever went online.

Because luxury staging doesn’t simply present a home — it shapes the entire experience of it.
